When it all began
Founded in July 2008 as Chesterfield Biogas Limited, we pioneered the UK’s first Biomethane to Grid plant. In 2015, following the acquisition of Greenlane Biogas, we became Greenlane Biogas UK Limited and went on to supply, install, and commission 13 additional systems across the UK, with many more delivered across Europe.
In April 2024, Greenlane Renewables Inc. sold its UK and European operations to the Heat and Power Group. This marked the beginning of our new chapter as Ardorvis Technology Limited, broadening our scope and expertise across diverse industries and technologies.
We provide comprehensive industry services, including site surveys, support, maintenance, and parts supply, while continuing to expand our reach within the renewables sector. Our offerings now include advanced solutions for biogas upgrading and cleaning technologies, furthering our commitment to innovation and sustainability.

With extensive experience in the energy sector, Stuart began his career managing various technical and operational roles. Progressing through senior management, he now leads several companies, including Heat & Power Technology Ltd, as a Director. Bennett is dedicated to driving growth and innovation within the energy industry, supported by a team committed to high performance and excellence across energy systems and solutions.
Tom Ballard
Managing Director
With over a decade of experience in the renewable energy industry, starting his career as a Field Engineer and steady progressing through middle and senior management roles within the company. Now serving as Managing Director of Ardorvis Technology Ltd, he is commited to leading the company towards organic growth, supported by a highly experienced team with a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence.
